A fun idea is coming to live. Winterstock – the Merry Christmas Sim so super beautifully built like a Christmas Valley including Market, Ferris Wheel and beautiful spots to enjoy the snow – set out a Tree to be decorated by the vendors of Winterstock.

The special thing about this decoration is, that it is filled with a special item for you. You get the decoration item AND the item in it – for only 25 L$. To know what you purchase just click on the deco and it will send you a picture and if available a landmark of the vendor’s shop.

And guess what. Yes i put something out as well. You will get a special Christmas “Candy Cane Windchime” that plays at random times a choice of 2 sounds – not like others a sound loop. *grins*

What do you have to look for? A Decoration that looks like two Candy Canes with a holly leaf:

So where to find this great Tree with goodies? At the Winterstock Sim. Follow the Mainstreet (this is where you will land), it is in the middle of the road

Arghavan is an Afghan name meaning “Purple” which i think is fitting for this outfit. It comes complete with a sheer undershirt including sculpted collar and sleeve attachments, the solid shirt, pants, sheer socks and ballerinas.

Since, i do not know for how long, i wanted to do a dress of feathers. Now i finally found some inspiration and the time to bring the wish to prims and layers.

Fluffy feathers tickle your skin as they flow with each of your movement, every step as light as air as if you fly with each step.

The complete outfit is modifiable so you can adjust it to your size, and it is copyable so you can have a backup in case SL acts up again.

I stumbeled over this website while reading messages on Plurk and i was amazed and moved to tears. “Operation Beautiful” has the mission to end “Fat Talk”. I suggest everyone to look at this page to know what Fat Talk is and what we can do to end it, including a great video, that is really powerful.

“Operation Beautiful” is simple: all you need is a pen and a piece of paper.

I’ve begun leaving positive messages on the mirrors of public restrooms — at work, at the gym, at the grocery store. I scribble down whatever comes to mind — “You are beautiful!” or “You are amazing just the way you are!”

My goal is to leave as many Operation Beautiful notes as I can. Maybe some people read them and just smile, but I bet some people are truly touched by the effort of a random stranger.

After seeing this webpage and all the simple but inspirational entries of people spreading the notes all over the world, i sent an Email to Caitlin, who launched and runs the “Operation Beautiful” Blog and the initiative and told her about my idea to spread notes like those in Second Life, and she gave me permission to do so. I’m really excited about it, since i do not leave the House in RL often, to still be able to participate.

Of course the Notes come for Free so everybody can get and spread them. They are modifiable to make them bigger and smaller, and copyable so you can put out as many as you like. If you find someone who likes them, just send them to *~*HopScotch*~* to pick them up for themselves.

Send them to friends, put them out on your land, in your shop, club, gallery, whereever you like and can build. If only one person gets to feel better through a note you set out, you made the world a better place.

For over a year i planned to do those earrings, each week when i was watching Star Trek i again remembered that, and then i forgot again. But NOW finally i made them

Based on the Bajoran Earrings know from the Series Star Trek.

Kira is named after the most famous Bajoran Officer serving on Deep Space Nine. The design is based on the one Kira is wearing, with some additional details like little gems and pearls.

The second design is based on the bajoran Flower named Lilac, which gave the earring the name.

The Metal and Gems are texturechange (16 gems and 2 metals) simple to change with touching the earring and choosing what you want.

Due to the no mod script the object ‘appears’ to be no mod, but it is besides that modifiable and copyable, so you can adjust it to the fitting size easily and make a back up copy.

After i finished creating this new outfit, i had big trouble finding a name for it. Nothing i thought of i really liked. Well in my progress of thinking i thought about asking someone else. So i asked around on Plurk if anyone has an idea. I got several suggestions of which i had even more trouble to choose, so i opened a poll and let it open for a day.

The name that won is “Rebecca” and it was suggested by Lexi Morgan, the owner of Stellar. For the help she got the outfit in her chosen colour for free. Thanks again to everyone for helping me out, suggesting and voting on this matter. It was interesting to see what you all come up with

Rebecca comes with all clothing parts you can see on the pictures: Skirt, Shirt, Legwarmer Boots, Armwarmers and Scarf. They are all mod/copy so you can adjust them to your shape without problems.

For ages since i have seen the movie for the first time, i wanted to do a gown inspired by “Gone with the Wind” and Miss Scarlet O’Hara. Now i sat on the roof of my stall on the Winterstock Sim and got in the winter and Christmas mood. And the inspiration came, with a little help of a friend how to start

The Red Gown has been first and was named after Scarlet herself and the Christmas Inspiration i got. Seeing it then when i was done i wanted to have a green version as well and called it Myrtle, since Scarlet did not fit the color *grins* For details of what is included please take a look at the pictures.

Inspired by wintertime and the snow i love so much this jewelry set came to life. The necklace, earrings and bracelet are all included.

Now that the days are short and grey, freezing wind brushed over us, we need something warm. So i made a new release.

Akina.

It is a Japanese name and means ‘Autumn greens’ which is a nice name for these outfits. Warm wool and still stylish with sculpted collar and hip scarf and the pants are included. Please take a look at the pictures so you see the vibrant colors and the cozy but classy design war the cooler days.
